OGE hosted Resume Writing Tips workshop on April 23rd, 2025.

To support students in building strong application materials, a career talk was held on April 24th, featuring Adela Zeng, a certified NCDA Career Advisor as the speaker. The event provided practical guidance on crafting effective resumes tailored to different job opportunities and applicant background.

The session introduced students to common resume formats, including those focused on work experience and those emphasizing skills. The speaker also highlighted frequent mistakes that weaken resumes, such as unclear structure, irrelevant information, and lack of measurable achievements.

With a focus on practical, actionable advice, the talk aimed to help students present their strengths more effectively and increase their competitiveness in the job market.
