Because of the epidemic situation gradually easing, the school has passed a resolution that student clubs can start to apply for activities starting from May 18, 2020. However, they must cooperate with the epidemic prevention work, and pay attention to the development of the epidemic situation at any time.
- Principles for holding activities.
Activity application requires prior application and approval.
- Real-name Roster: It is necessary to provide the roster of event personnel to facilitate follow-up tracking.
- Maintain social distance: To maintain activities, maintain a social distance of 1.5 meters indoors and 1 meter for the outdoor activities.
- Seat arrangement is recommended to take plum blossom seats, spaced seat method or other arrangements to maintain proper distance.
- According to the "Guidelines for Public Meetings", the activity space should be kept ventilated.
- When entering or leaving the venue, you should properly plan the movement and control the flow of people.
- Wear masks: When holding an event/activity, wearing mask is required.
- Indoor activities require less than 100 people.
- The activity plan must state the following:The anti-epidemic solution of the activity and the risk control (such as the refund mechanism, etc.)
Others:
1. Once the activity is approved, the student club should keep an eye on track the epidemic prevention information and take relevant epidemic prevention measures.
2. If any participating members who go abroad or occur a fever or other obvious respiratory symptoms in the past 14 days, please DO NOT allow him/her to participate in the activity and ask he/she to seek medical treatment as soon as possible.
3. For camping and other activities that require accommodation, the 1.5m indoor social distance must be maintained. It is recommended that 2 people per 1 room and 2 single beds instead.
