The Taiwan Rotary Educational Foundation’s Public Affairs Award is presented annually to outstanding individuals who have made significant contributions to the fields of education, culture, research, and invention. The recipient of the 2020 - 2021 Award is Dr. Yen-Tsung Huang, Research Fellow at the Institute of Statistical Sciences.

Dr. Yen-Tsung Huang has dedicated his career to researching statistical methodology and its applications in biomedical fields. He also contributes his expertise to clinical research by applying statistics and causal inference in data analysis to assist clinical practitioners.
